Step 1 – Early Spring

Step 2 – Spring
Provides a dry granular slow release fertilizer, pre-emergent crabgrass control and
broadleaf weed control.

Step 3 – Summer
Provides slow release dry granular fertilizer and broad leaf weed control as
needed. This is the time of year when we recommend applying our grub worm
protection treatment.

Step 4 – Later Summer
Provides slow release dry granular fertilizer and broad leaf weed control as
needed.

Step 5 – Fall
Provides slow release dry granular fertilizer and broad leaf weed control.

Step 6 – Late Fall
Heavy rate of dry granular fertilizer and weed control as needed. This is the time of
year when your lawn requires the most nutrients. This treatment is critical for
spring green up.

Additional Services

Grub Protection
The best time to put down the grub protection is in the summer treatment. White
Grubs are very aggressive and if left untreated white grubs can destroy your entire
lawn and total replacement of the lawn is often necessary.

Core Aeration
Aeration is the removal of small cores of soil to allow air, moisture and fertilizer
down to the root zone. This is also a good time to Over Seed to improve the
density of your lawn.

Over Seeding
Helps to improve the density of your lawn. The ideal time to over seed is in the fall,
in conjunction with a double pass core aeration.
